In self management have a clear understanding that I am only responsible to my actions,
my behavior,my feelings.With this
It is easy to manage anger,frustration and understanding is possible that self mastery  is
needed over own thought's,own words and own action so other can follow willingly.
So it is individual who change the things.

For the best management strike a balance that honors  both the routine work and the
creative work.
